Moorilla, Muse Extra Brut, Tasmania, 2017
Pale lemon to straw hue. Small galaxy of tight bubbles. Light straw and hay bale dryness on the nose with plenty of apple flesh, flaky pastry, white blossom, chalk and easy stone fruit fuzz. Elegant mousse with instant appeal. Straight lines wound with Tasmanian tension and length. Dry, aperitif style with nearly masochistic acidity. Good.
